AOT Jason End-User License Agreement
Effective Date: October 6, 2026
This End-User License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs access to and use of AOT Jason (“Jason”), an internal technology and automation platform operated by Atlantic Office Technologies (“AOT”).
By accessing or using Jason, you agree to the terms of this Agreement.
1. Purpose and Authorized Use
Jason is designed primarily for authorized AOT personnel to assist with business, accounting, information technology, managed services, security, procurement, and operational workflows.
Access is limited to authorized users and approved integrations.
Jason may connect to third-party services, including QuickBooks Online, Microsoft 365, Autotask, Datto, IT Glue, and other systems used by AOT.
2. QuickBooks Online Integration
Jason may connect to QuickBooks Online through Intuit's authorized OAuth 2.0 process.
The initial production QuickBooks integration is designed for read-only accounting access. Authorized functions may include viewing:
Company information
Chart of accounts
Vendors
Customers
Invoices
Bills
Profit and Loss reports
Balance Sheet reports
Jason's initial QuickBooks integration does not authorize Jason to create, modify, delete, or post accounting transactions.
Jason does not request or use the QuickBooks Payments API as part of this integration.
Any future capability that changes QuickBooks data must undergo separate technical, security, and authorization review before being enabled.
3. License
AOT grants authorized users a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use Jason solely for legitimate AOT business purposes.
No ownership interest in Jason, its software, documentation, workflows, or underlying intellectual property is transferred to the user.
4. User Responsibilities
Users must:
Use Jason only for authorized business purposes.
Protect their account credentials and authentication methods.
Follow applicable AOT security, privacy, and acceptable-use policies.
Not attempt to bypass Jason's approval, authorization, auditing, or security controls.
Not use Jason to access information for which they are not authorized.
Promptly report suspected unauthorized access, security incidents, or improper use.
5. Security and Authorization
Jason uses technical controls intended to restrict access according to identity, organizational scope, approved capabilities, and user authority.
Certain operations may require explicit approval before execution.
Jason may record security, authorization, operational, and audit metadata necessary to operate and protect the system.
Credentials, OAuth secrets, and access tokens are not intended to be displayed to end users or stored in application source code.
6. Third-Party Services
Jason integrates with services provided by third parties.
Use of those services remains subject to their respective terms, policies, availability, and technical requirements.
AOT does not control third-party platforms and is not responsible for interruptions or changes made by those providers.
QuickBooks and Intuit are trademarks or services of Intuit Inc. AOT and Jason are independent from Intuit unless otherwise expressly stated.
7. Data
Users may only access, process, or request information through Jason when they are authorized to access that information through the underlying business system.
Jason is not intended to expand a user's authority beyond the permissions and business authority granted by AOT.
Information obtained through third-party integrations may be processed temporarily to fulfill an authorized request.

8. Prohibited Uses
Users may not:
Attempt unauthorized access to systems or information.
Circumvent authentication, authorization, or approval controls.
Use Jason for illegal, fraudulent, abusive, or deceptive activity.
Introduce malicious code or intentionally interfere with system operation.
Copy, reverse engineer, redistribute, resell, or commercially exploit Jason except as expressly authorized by AOT.
Use Jason to access another organization's financial or confidential information without authorization.
9. Availability and Changes
AOT may modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any portion of Jason at any time.
Capabilities may be added, removed, restricted, or placed behind additional approval requirements as AOT's operational and security requirements evolve.
10. Disclaimer
Jason is provided for business operational assistance.
Although AOT implements safeguards and validation controls, automated systems can produce incomplete or incorrect results. Users remain responsible for applying appropriate professional judgment when information is used for accounting, financial, legal, regulatory, security, or business decisions.
Jason does not replace professional accounting, legal, tax, or financial advice.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AOT will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use Jason.
Nothing in this Agreement limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by law.
12. Termination
AOT may suspend or revoke access to Jason at any time, including when a user:
Leaves AOT,
No longer requires access,
Violates this Agreement or AOT policy, or
Presents a security or compliance risk.
Upon termination, the user's license to access Jason immediately ends.
13. Changes to This Agreement
AOT may update this Agreement from time to time.
The current version will be posted at this URL with an updated effective date.
Continued use of Jason following an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement where permitted by law.
